Terms and conditions

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply to every competition on demos.kriscreates.co.uk/turbo. By entering, by either the paid or the free route, you agree to them. Please read them, and keep a copy for your records.

1. The promoter

The competitions are run by Demo Company Ltd (example only) ("we", "us"), trading as Turbo, a limited company registered in England and Wales under number 00000000, whose registered address is 1 Example Street, Demo Town, AB1 2CD.

You can contact us at hello@example.com or on 01632 960000.

2. Who can enter

  • Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age, identity and address at any time, and always before a prize is handed over.
  • Our employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with running a competition cannot enter.
  • Entries made through automated means, scripts, bulk or third-party entry services, or using false or borrowed details, are void.
  • One account per person. We may close duplicate accounts and void their entries.

3. How to enter

There are two ways to enter every competition, and both have exactly the same chance of winning:

  • Online: choose your tickets, answer the question, and pay at checkout. Your ticket numbers are shown on the confirmation screen, emailed to you and listed in your account.
  • Free by post: as set out on our free entry page. Postal entries must arrive before the competition closes.

Each competition shows its own number of tickets, any limit per person, its closing date and its prize. Where a competition has a question, only entries with the correct answer go into the draw. Entries with a wrong answer are not refunded.

A competition closes when its last ticket is taken or at its closing date, whichever comes first. We may bring a closing date forward if every ticket has gone. We will only move a closing date back where something outside our control stops the draw going ahead, and we will say so on the competition page.

If a competition does not sell out by its closing date, the draw still goes ahead on the date shown.

4. Instant wins

Some competitions carry instant-win prizes. Each instant win is tied to a ticket number set before the competition opens. If your ticket matches, you are told on screen straight away and the prize is credited or arranged as described on the competition. Instant wins do not stop that ticket going into the main draw.

5. Games

Some competitions let you play a game, such as spinning a wheel or racing a car, to reveal your result. The game is presentation only: your result is decided by the ticket number you were given at checkout, never by how you play. Closing the game, losing connection or not playing does not change your result.

6. The draw

Winners are picked at random from all valid entries using a random number generator. Draws take place live on this site. The winning ticket number and the winner's first name and county are published on the competition and our winners page.

If a draw is interrupted, for example by a technical fault, we will run it again in the same way as soon as we can.

7. Winners and claiming a prize

  • Winners are contacted by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw, using the details on their account. Please keep them up to date.
  • If we cannot reach a winner, or a winner does not respond within 14 days, we may pick another winner in the same way.
  • We will check a winner's age, identity and eligibility before handing over a prize. If a winner is not eligible, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is picked.

8. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described on each competition. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will offer one of equal or greater value.
  • Cash alternative: Where stated on the competition.
  • Delivery: Free UK mainland delivery or collection.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Vehicle prizes are supplied with any tax, MOT and warranty stated on the competition. The winner is responsible for insurance before driving.
  • Manufacturer warranties stay with the manufacturer. We are not responsible for a prize's fitness beyond what the law requires of us.

9. Publicity

We will ask winners for a photo or a short video. Taking part is optional and never affects a prize. We are required to publish the winner's first name and county, or to make them available on request. If you object to this, tell us at hello@example.com.

10. Payments, site credit and refunds

Card payments are taken by your chosen card provider. Site credit can only be used on this website and has no cash value unless the law says otherwise. Our refunds page explains when an entry is refunded.

11. Playing responsibly

Competitions should be fun. Our responsible play page explains the limits you can set and where to find help.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete, for faults outside our reasonable control, or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

13. Ending or changing a competition

We may cancel, pause or change a competition if something outside our reasonable control makes it unfair or impossible to run as planned. If we cancel a competition, every paid entry is refunded in full.

14. Your data

We use your details to run the competitions, as explained in our privacy policy.

15. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, email complaints@example.com and we will reply within 14 days. Our decision on any matter to do with a competition is final, but this does not affect your legal rights.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. We may update these terms. The version in place when you enter applies to that entry.
