Because a ticket is entered into its draw as soon as it is bought, the 14-day cooling-off period for online shopping does not apply to competition entries. Please check your basket before paying.
When we refund
This is a demo site. No entries are sold, so there is nothing to refund.
- If we cancel a competition, every paid entry is refunded in full.
- If you are charged twice, or charged for tickets you did not receive, we refund the difference.
- If an entry turns out not to be eligible, for example because the entrant is under 18, we may refund it and void the tickets.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, or to your site credit if that is how you paid. Card refunds usually take three to five working days to appear.
Site credit
Site credit can only be spent on this website. Ask us at hello@example.com if you would like an unused balance closed.
Asking for a refund
Email hello@example.com with your order number and we will reply within 14 days. Your legal rights are not affected.
